Titus Andronicus Poster

This project required me to design a Cultural Poster for NJPAC focusing on a Shakespearean Play. I chose to do something different and chose Titus Andronicus. Titus Andronicus is a very gory and bloody play that has a lot of revenge, violence, and justice themes. I used a combination of type and illustration/ photography for my visual solution. I photographed a pie that I made and used fake props to make the pie look like a human was baked into it. I chose to do this because it has a lot of symbolism that ties back to the play itself. I have included my final poster, rough sketches and research.
